Konstantin Noskov
Vice-president, Head of Strategy
Konstantin Noskov has been working for the Bank since 2006. From 1995 till 1999 and from 2003 till 2006, he worked for Industry and Construction Bank in the Treasury Department and as Operations Director respectively. From 1999 till 2003 – Deputy Chairman of Financial House Clearing Center. From 2006 till 2012 – Director of International Finance and Financial Institutions Department of Bank Saint Petersburg, from 2012 till 2017 – Vice-president, Financial director, from 2017 till present day - Vice-president, Head of Strategy. He is a graduate of St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. |
